This Summer, a New Restaurant is opening at the Granite Centre
Harvest Clean Eats is bringing a second branch to Moncton this summer – or earlier if possible.
Harvest Clean Eats is launching three new locations across Nova Scotia — in Amherst, Charlottetown, and Moncton — under Irwin Dawson’s franchise.
The restaurant home will be located on Granite Drive, near Costco.
Irwin Dawson is the CEO of Islandsand Holdings Inc., which specializes in opening and operating quick-service restaurants. He said that an insufficient number of contractors is the biggest obstacle to setting up the restaurant’s future home.
Harvest Clean Eats was founded in 2020. In November 2022, the downtown Moncton location at 679 Main Street opened, one of three locations in the Halifax area.
In addition to Harvest Clean Eats, Dawson is also responsible for Subway and Blaze Pizza, which will share their future Granite Drive home with them.
Though Dawson couldn’t provide the seating capacity or square footage for Harvest’s future location, he hopes to hire about 15 employees.
He expressed his excitement at being at the helm of the opening process and noted;
“It’s a great food that you can eat every day, and feel good about it.”
